Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible.

Cancellations or rescheduling with 24 hours' notice or more will not incur a charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Non-attendance without notice may incur the full appointment fee.

We understand that genuine emergencies can happen and will always consider these on an individual basis.
