7. Practice-management and technology providers

Infinity Sports Therapy uses Pulse Health as its practice-management system.

Pulse Health processes personal information on our behalf, including patient identity and contact information, clinical records, treatment records, appointment information and other information required to operate the service.

Pulse Health states that primary data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in London, with data encrypted in transit and at rest and subject to access controls and audit logging.

Pulse Health may use authorised sub-processors to provide its services. These include AWS, MongoDB Atlas, Stripe, Twilio, Google and OpenAI for Pulse's AI features, including its clinical scribe and assistant. We will only share information where there is an appropriate lawful basis to do so.

We do not sell your personal information.

10. How we protect your information

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

Our practice-management provider, Pulse Health, states that its service uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, authentication measures, audit logging and logical separation of clinic data.

11. International transfers

Your primary Pulse Health data is stored in UK data centres.

Where Pulse Health's authorised sub-processors process information outside the UK, Pulse states that appropriate safeguards are used, including Standard Contractual Clauses or UK adequacy arrangements where applicable.

We retain personal and clinical information for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice and to meet applicable legal, professional and insurance requirements.

Where Pulse Health is used, Pulse states that data is retained for the duration of the clinic's subscription.
